- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments, as directed by the nursing staff.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current listing as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the state of North Carolina Division of Facility Services.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification maintained.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to see colors, see at least 1 mm squares.
- Ability to hear within normal range.
- Ability to remain calm and function effectively in stressful situations.
