Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Solution Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing innovative data products and AI solutions that enhance our AI product and services portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary customer-facing technical resource during customer/partner meetings and technology evaluations, working closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions across a diverse set of industry use cases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI, helping customers with their end-to-end vision, AI strategy, operating model, and architectural best practices.
  • Lead the development of product demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of Centific's AI solutions for clients.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions into client environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Partner closely with Sales to achieve target quotas and ensure alignment between commercial and technical parameters for a given engagement.
  • Build and manage a solution engineering playbook, including demo materials and associated assets to support the GTM team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors within the AI/ML space, and position Centific accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of related consulting experience leading a solution engineering team.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including solution design in a B2B software company or AI/ML consulting.
  • Proficiency in executing a value-centric sales motion using methodologies like MEDDIC or similar.
  • Experience in Supervised and Unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript/Typescript, Bash scripts, or programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience in building and implementing machine learning or Gen AI models.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of machine learning solutions aligned with business outcomes.
  • Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience and understanding of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with at least one Data Science tool such as AWS Sagemaker, AzureML, Dataiku, Datarobot, H2O, and Jupyter Notebooks.

Base Salary Range:

$150k-$180k/yr, depending on experience.
