Job Summary:

The Jackson Automotive Group in Cocoa, FL is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a full-time individual contributor, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, offering exceptional customer service skills, sales experience, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $45,000 per year
  • Commission-based earnings: up to $20,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and assist with their vehicle purchase needs
  2. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers
  3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  4. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  5. Assist with financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
  6. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and specifications
  8. Participate in sales training and meetings as required by the dealership
  9. Maintain a clean and well-maintained dealership environment to create a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous automotive sales experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Pass a background check and drug test
