About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, where you will connect customers with the latest technology and services. Your primary responsibility will be to create personalized sales experiences that meet customers' needs, resulting in successful sales outcomes.

You will work independently in the field, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. To succeed in this role, you must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and maintain accurate records.

A valid driver's license is required, as you will be using company-provided vehicles for on-site visits. You must also adhere to safety measures and utilize required PPE during work hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have prior sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
