Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our team at BREC, LA. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling and assigning personnel.
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure safe working conditions and quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials and labor costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and Vo-tech school diploma or Associate's Degree in Construction or Trades.
  • Five years of construction experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Valid Louisiana driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Construction management or closely related field.
