Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to patients.
- Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, providing clear and concise information to promote informed decision-making.
- Maintain confidential patient information and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, treatments, and technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
- PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacy license in good standing.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and ensuring accuracy and safety in medication dispensing.
