About the Role

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is a leading health and wellness platform dedicated to providing personalized solutions for various conditions. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our patients and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including medication management, patient counseling, and dispensing activities.
  • Maintain accurate patient profile records and ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
  • Practice all state and federal pharmacy regulations for the ordering, handling, and management of prescriptions and/or prescription drug products.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to drive quality efforts and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Supervise support personnel and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Active Pharmacist License in Ohio.
  • Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy.
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shift times.
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.

Conditions of Employment
  • This position requires working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the length of working with these drugs.
  • This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators.
  • Physical exertion is required, including walking, standing, squatting, and lifting up to 50lbs.
