About the Role

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is a leading health and wellness platform dedicated to providing personalized solutions for various health conditions. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of medication management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education on medication use and management
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews and optimize treatment plans to ensure patient safety and efficacy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research to provide evidence-based care
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, as well as Hims & Hers' policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience
  • Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work flexible shift times
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
