Your Function

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service process, handling incoming requests, and providing timely solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and resolving first-line client queries
  • Handling inbound end-user correspondence
  • Analyzing client needs and providing accurate solutions
  • Tracking call activity and reporting process improvements
  • Transferring out-of-scope communications
  • Providing information and instruction to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating customer experience improvements through department initiatives
Your Profile

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a high school diploma and 0-2 years of working experience. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required. You'll need to possess basic knowledge of customer service and accounting, as well as the ability to review, analyze, and judge incoming customer requests.
