Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Training Curriculum Designer/Trainer to join our Integrated Operations Training Department team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to design and develop training materials that will be delivered to customers in support of mission operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining training products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training material to support automated scenarios, mission exercises, and certification check rides for customers and internal operations personnel.
  • Work with Mission/Systems Leads to identify training needs and develop training plans and curriculum.
  • Collaborate with mission operations personnel to ensure training curriculum and scenarios accurately represent current operational documentation.
  • Develop training products, including lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, training videos, hands-on training scenarios, test/quizzes, student guides, and training plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Space operations/training experience.
  • Top Secret SSBI/SCI eligible.
  • U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in STEM field.
  • Web/video-based training development experience.
  • Lesson plan development experience.
  • Simulation/scenario development experience.
  • Test/Quiz development experience.
What We Offer:

Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $97,000 - $136,000, as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
