Position Overview

We are looking for a remote, seasoned Investigator with a minimum of one year of experience in Workers' Compensation and Insurance investigations. This role encompasses conducting Recorded Statements as well as investigating scenes of industrial and workplace accidents. We seek individuals who demonstrate exceptional investigative skills within the field. Characteristics such as honesty, integrity, self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and a composed intensity are essential for our Investigators and staff.

Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

The Claims/Field Investigator should exhibit expertise in the following areas:

  • Producing precise and comprehensive reports

  • Holding a valid driver's license
  • Managing and organizing multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
  • Bilingual candidates
