- Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed individual sales goals, while also contributing to the growth and development of our business.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate effectively with referral sources, patients, and families.
- Education: College degree required.
- Experience: One year of home health or healthcare sales experience, with a strong understanding of business and fiscal management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with referral sources and patients.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the home health and hospice industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our patients and families.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $60,000 to $100,000, with unlimited commission potential.
