Job Overview

The Hospital Linen Management Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and comfort. This position oversees the Environmental Service Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Linen Inventory Management: Effectively manage linen supplies, ordering and restocking as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise and mentor the EVS team, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Service: Represent the department with excellent customer service skills, interacting with patients, visitors, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with a focus on linen management or equivalent experience.
