We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Traffic Planning Discipline team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects, including traffic impact studies, data collection, and intersection and roadway capacity analyses.
- Develop and present project plans, schedules, and budgets to stakeholders.
- Manage and direct the work efforts of assigned staff and projects.
- Prepare and review technical reports, plans, and specifications for private and public infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in PA or ability to obtain license within 3 months.
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification or other related certifications.
- Strong technical skills in design of highway, intersection, and signal improvement design plans.
- Knowledge of traffic analysis procedures, including trip generation computation, Synchro software, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Previous experience with PennDOT and area counties/municipalities design regulations and permit requirements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
