At Interstate Cleaning Corporation, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Crew member to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of shopping malls and major retail department stores.

Job Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure our facilities are clean and safe for customers and employees. Your tasks will include:

  • Cleaning entrances, restrooms, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining equipment
  • Operating a diesel-fired hot water pressure washer to clean sidewalks and entrance aprons
  • Patrolling the mall on foot to identify and address spills and hazards
  • Performing touch-up cleaning and restocking restrooms
  • Portering Food Court tables and chairs, and wiping down surfaces
  • Empting common area trash receptacles and loading trash compactors

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work weekends. A background check will be required, and you'll need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
