About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Guest Services Associate to join our team at the Inn at Playa del Rey. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and team members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance guests' stays, including promoting upsell packages, making local recommendations, and assisting with reservations and appointments as needed.
  • Manage guest communications through multiple channels, including in-person, email, telephone, and text messaging, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
  • Manage hotel operations with ease, including answering questions, providing information about rooms and rates, making new reservations, adjusting or canceling existing reservations, and providing local recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members in Housekeeping and Kitchen departments, notifying them of early check-ins, late check-outs, changes, or special guest requests.
  • Promote the Four Sisters Inns brand by developing a knowledge of other Four Sisters Inns and communicating information about the collection to guests.
