Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Instruct patients and their families on proper treatment and care
- Provide person-centered care to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Possession of, or eligibility for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont
- Two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience
- Ability to work overtime as required to maintain minimum staffing levels
