About the Role

BioTouch is seeking a highly skilled Medical Dispatch Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, including the transport of confidential and time-sensitive material.

As a Medical Dispatch Specialist, you will play a key role in communicating with clients and drivers, assigning and dispatching all will calls and STATs, and monitoring the status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to clients. You will also be responsible for assisting couriers as needed to help ensure routes are completed to client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation, with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with clients and drivers to ensure smooth operation of transportation services
  • Assigning and dispatching all will calls and STATs
  • Monitoring the status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Assisting couriers as needed to help ensure routes are completed to client expectations
