We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gas Station Team Member at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking all customers, making eye contact, and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, restocking shelves, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including hot and cold items, to our customers.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations, and at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
