Patient Services Coordinator

SimonMed Imaging LLC is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient radiology practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Process insurance verification and handle patient inquiries regarding costs and billing.
- Operate equipment and mechanical devices to maintain a functional and safe environment.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit for prolonged periods, and stand/walk frequently.
