Join Our Team as an Event Operations Supervisor

The Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody is seeking a dedicated Event Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the banquet team to ensure exceptional service during events, fostering a memorable experience for guests.

  • Organize pre-event and post-event tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public spaces.
  • Assist in serving guests, including setup, greeting, and breakdown of events.
  • Conduct final inspections of banquet areas to confirm all equipment is returned and spaces are tidy.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu for each event, providing detailed information about ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Banquet Supervisor, ideally within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with management and guests.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30lbs in busy settings throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
