  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, and CPT codes.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service role.
