We act as an independent liaison between our clients and their subcontractors, ensuring that installation methods meet internal specifications and comply with regulatory standards.

As a trusted partner, we offer a comprehensive range of services including QA/QC Services, Equipment Services, Technical Staffing, Project Management, and Testing Services. Our goal is to guide clients through every phase of their projects to ensure complete compliance.

We are currently seeking Entry-Level Analytical Test Technicians to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Quality Assurance evaluations of Semiconductor Processing Equipment, focusing on systems that manage liquids, gases, chemicals, and solvents in a manufacturing context.
  • Utilize standard analytical testing instruments for Moisture, Oxygen, Particulate, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Resistivity contamination, and Helium Leak detection.
  • Assist clients in diagnosing and resolving quality-related issues while executing assigned tasks effectively.
  • Engage in Pre-Planning and Site-Specific Programs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges and quality discrepancies, ensuring data is planned, scheduled, executed, and reported professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Work may be performed in confined spaces, within a cleanroom environment, and may require awkward positioning or working at heights.
  • Technicians should be prepared to walk significant distances daily and transport precision testing equipment.
  • Work is conducted in a high-pressure production cleanroom environment, requiring professionalism at all times.
  • Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds are essential.
  • Adherence to Cleanroom protocols, Safety protocols, and PPE usage is mandatory.
  • Technicians must follow established Safety, Decontamination, and Gowning procedures, especially when handling hazardous materials or working in potentially dangerous conditions.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary.
Desired Skills:
  • No prior experience in Analytical Testing of Semiconductor Process Equipment is required.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for career growth are the primary attributes we seek.
  • Military and/or technical experience will be considered favorably.
  • Reliability and attention to detail are critical.
  • A general understanding of mechanical assembly and tools is necessary, along with the ability to learn to use relevant tools and fixtures.
