Job Description

Our company, IAS Associates, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at our skilled nursing facility.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist with regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure safety, upkeep, and appearance. The successful candidate will respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents, be available for emergency troubleshooting and repairs of equipment, and ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Perform emergency troubleshooting and repairs of equipment as needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • General maintenance experience required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
