The Guest Services Ambassador will serve as the welcoming face of assistance, meeting and greeting guests, and offering answers to their queries. This role requires a blend of navigation, information provision, and hospitality expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and supported throughout their visit.
  • Operate in the Guest Services Areas, guiding visitors to their desired destinations within and outside the facility.
  • Offer information about local attractions, amenities, and services, including shopping, dining, nightlife, sports, and tourism options.
  • Complete a range of tasks, from administrative duties like retail transactions, copying, faxing, and printing to managing scooter and wheelchair rentals.
  • Stay connected via a two-way radio, ensuring seamless communication with management, security, and staff.
Requirements:
  • At least six months of customer service experience, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills and internet navigation, as well as the ability to interpret schedules and maps.
  • Professional appearance, strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Must be able to work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and respond politely to all individuals.
Working Conditions:

This role requires mobility, with prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as occasional bending and stooping. The indoor and outdoor environment may expose you to loud noise, heat, and cold.
