We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in German Village/Columbus Commons. As an Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
  • Operate the register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products, including scooping, topping, and packaging
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
