About the Role

We're seeking a talented Ambassador to join our team at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC. As an Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
  • Maintain a clean and organized scoop shop environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety
  • Operate the register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
