Key Responsibilities

  • Support the formulation of technical specifications for network connectivity tailored to specific organizational requirements.
  • Gather pricing from external vendors, ensuring that the proposed services align with the operational needs.
  • Oversee vendor operations by tracking deliverables and commitments to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement and Finance departments to secure new connectivity solutions or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance to the Capital Construction and Automation & Innovation teams to ensure adequate connectivity for various projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and IT services, working closely with the Customer Relationship Manager.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the Automation & Innovation team, maintaining an extensive understanding of connectivity initiatives.
  • Create detailed project plans outlining objectives, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Implement standardized procedures for project execution, documentation, and reporting.

  • Facilitate project meetings by developing agendas and documenting discussions.
  • Generate project status updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and potential issues, escalating concerns as needed.

84 Months of experience in leading meetings, documenting outcomes, and developing project-related documentation.

60 Months of experience managing a portfolio of complex IT projects within the public sector.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Scrum Master certification.
