About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Maison Host at our Madison Avenue boutique in New York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and providing personalized service to our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the boutique.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique, and manage inbound inquiries and requests.
- Provide written responses to customers' inquiries via email and chat, addressing a wide range of topics related to our products and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong passion for luxury fashion and retail.
