As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general and dysphagic and cognitive difficulties within our H2 Barre clinic, with flexibility to work in other H2 clinics and nearby senior facilities as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about program development, patient-centered care, and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will have the autonomy to work independently and make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with a primarily geriatric caseload
  • Work 1:1 with patients, with a mix of general, dysphagic, and cognitive difficulties
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Prior experience in outpatient therapy preferred
  • Active state license to practice Speech Therapy
