Job Overview

Harvis, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Director to join our leadership team as a strategic business partner. This role will oversee all HR needs within our regional offices, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment programs, including management of the employment visa process.
  • Ensure HR operations across all company offices adhere to legal standards, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, and development.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market-competitive pay and benefits that attract, motivate, and retain employees.
  • Provide counsel to managers and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action.
  • Manage employee records and reporting processes to ensure accurate data and regulation compliance.
  • Ensure maintenance of the HRIS and payroll system, overseeing payroll processes and Worker's Compensation claims.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes, including updates to the Employee Handbook.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with a proven career history of accomplishments and progressive job responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to maintain good working relationships with all levels and positions within the company.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and keep accurate and thorough records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
