Overseeing nursing hours and ensuring appropriate staff-to-resident ratios.

Carefully monitoring overtime to reduce or eliminate excess hours.

Managing Time and Attendance


Proactively identifying staffing requirements and collaborating with recruitment and campus leadership to minimize vacancies.

WHAT WE SEEK:
High School diploma or equivalent.

Active Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/KMA) Certification for the state of employment
