You will oversee the daily logistics of vehicle movement at the Kentucky Truck Plant Up-fitters, ensuring that vehicles are dispatched according to plan.

Responsibilities
What you will be responsible for...

• Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to achieve timely delivery targets for Finished Vehicles.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to address daily operational and logistical challenges impacting deliveries and performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory flow and vehicle aging concerns.
• Ensure 100% Inventory Accuracy.
• Manage carrier performance in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Identify and analyze operational challenges affecting vehicle handling within the network.
• Develop metrics and tools to enhance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain and monitor Cognosos Tags.
• Lead field team initiatives aimed at reducing inventory dwell times at Up-fitters.
• Regularly communicate and present Up-fitter performance updates to Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with Ford Pro on Up-Fitter performance metrics and ensure milestone timeliness and accuracy.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and technological advancements through research and benchmarking.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• At least 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
