Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials from suppliers to our facilities
  • Review and analyze freight bills to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate with transportation providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Process and record all necessary documents and transactions related to freight and logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or associate degree in a related field (e.g. supply chain, business management)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in transportation management and/or import/export management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with logistics industry and freight market
  • Knowledge of incoterms and freight billing processes

Language: English (advanced)
