Job Overview
  As a seasoned professional in the foodservice sales industry, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Caribbean Islands region. With a strong background in consultative sales and a passion for building relationships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  Reporting to our Miami-based headquarters, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service. Your expertise in sourcing, negotiating deals, and managing key accounts will be essential in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing portfolio of foodservice customers in the Caribbean Islands and cultivate new sales leads
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations and negotiate contracts to increase order values
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and product offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, forecasting, sales analytics in our CRM system
  • Provide weekly updates and sales reports to senior leadership on performance metrics and KPIs
  • Represent our brand at industry trade shows and conduct networking activities to expand our reach
  Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of foodservice sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with demonstrated success in a consultative sales environment
  • Expertise sourcing, negotiating deals, and managing key accounts in the foodservice distribution industry
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Caribbean region
  Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per year
