Physician for Comprehensive Care

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will apply your medical expertise to deliver exceptional primary care to our patients. Your role will involve close collaboration with our Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure a seamless and comprehensive approach to patient services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality medical treatment to patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions in line with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants to uphold compliance with relevant regulations.
- Engage with medical staff to coordinate efforts in providing superior medical treatment and client services.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards in all aspects of practice.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the resolution of intra- and inter-departmental challenges.
- Safeguard clinic resources against loss or misuse.
- Engage in special medical projects and services as required.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and maintain relevant affiliations.
Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in General Practice is preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems, bilingual capabilities, and computer literacy are advantageous.
Licensure: Must possess a current medical license to practice in the relevant state.
Skills and Competencies:- Thorough understanding of medical practices and treatment methodologies.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and medical procedures.
- Proficiency in the use of medical equipment and instruments.
- Awareness of safety protocols to maintain a secure medical environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive medical records and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Capacity to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating equipment, while adhering to safety protocols. Exposure to communicable diseases may occur, and the ability to follow instructions accurately is essential.
