We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care/ICU/PICU/NICU Physician Assistant to join our team at HCA Healthcare. As a Critical Care/ICU/PICU/NICU Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, PICU, and NICU settings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Conduct thorough physical exams and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address complex medical conditions
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Critical Care/ICU/PICU/NICU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
