- Valuables Storage: Secure guests' valuables in the hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes.
- Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts and conducting audits.
- Sustainability: Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to our EarthView program.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
- Skills: Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
