Front Desk Representative

Crunch Fitness Corporate is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects our No Judgments philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in members and guests, facilitate messages on club software, and answer phones in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Schedule member service needs, sell retail products, and assist with projects as delegated by club management.
- Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain a professional disposition at all times.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient reading and writing skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy and patience required, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
