This exciting opportunity involves working with a team of professionals to generate, review and edit pre-bills and final invoices for clients and attorneys. As a key member of the billing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, while providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Bill Review and Editing: Carefully review and edit monthly pre-bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • e-Billing Tasks: Electronically transmit client invoices, perform e-billing tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the team to accommodate special terms and adjustments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • E-Billing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-billing within a legal department.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Aderant or other legal billing software is preferred.
  • Availability: Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis.
Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year, plus benefits including health coverage, a profit-sharing plan, and 16 vacation and sick days to start.
