Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Easy Ice LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in implementing our strategic vision for future growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Project Manager who can lead our project management organization, manage a portfolio of projects, and ensure alignment with broader strategic initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Management Organization and manage a portfolio of projects with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Ensure alignment of project scope, requirements, and deliverables with broader strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Design, update, and implement effective workflows for project execution.
  • Manage the timeline for the completion of project lifecycle milestones and phases.
  • Complete ownership of process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the project office by reviewing and optimizing policies and procedures.
  • Learn the breadth and depth of the industry and departments within the organization to support, advise, and manage complex projects.
  • Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure resources needed are aligned and tasks completed for successful project close.
  • Recommends changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results.
  • Build trust to guide and motivate the team through high EQ and the ability to learn and observe culture and dynamics.
  • Work closely with executives on executive-sponsored projects and provide constructive feedback on alignment or misalignment of project execution.
  • Direct communication with the senior leadership and executive leadership teams when challenges for effective project execution arise.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring project coordinators within the team.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred, with 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP Certification Required with at least 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Prior experience with process documentation and process automation.
  • Proven success in collaborating and communicating with teams across multiple functions/management levels and implementing process changes effectively.
  • Proven success in evaluating, designing, and implementing effective project plans.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Service or Ice machine industry experience a plus.
  • A desire to continuously increase your knowledge of the industry we serve; and, products, services our company can produce.

Work Environment:

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
  • Sits for extended periods of time.
  • Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitor.
