About the Job

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and helping patients achieve their optimal health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress monitoring.
  • Conduct exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment plans and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of six months experience in a healthcare or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification or licensure in physical therapy assistance (PTA) or a related field highly desired.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
