We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Management Support Specialist at ENGIE North America Inc. This role will provide support to the local Capital Projects team, focusing on energy conservation measures and other large capital projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support project execution, including schedule, scope, and budget management
- Develop innovative approaches to carbon reduction and collaborate with business unit leaders and program managers
- Identify and develop relationships with campus organizations and serve as a representative for ENGIE and the Georgetown Energy Partnership
- Provide analysis on project execution and generate statistical data to evaluate the effort's success
- Assess community expectations and develop targeted plans to meet those expectations
- Translate partnerships' message to meet marketing and communications needs
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business, Marketing, Communications, STEM, or similar program
- Minimum of 1 year completed coursework in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a startup atmosphere
ENGIE North America Inc. offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.50 to $23.50 USD hourly, depending on experience and qualifications. We are an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive environment for all employees.
