Position Overview:

Work at a premier mountain retail outlet and take advantage of an outstanding benefits package. As a Retail Associate, you will assist customers in selecting the best outdoor gear to enhance their experiences, with no prior experience necessary.

Position Details:

  • Outlet: Breckenridge Ski Resort
  • Expected Wage: $20.00/hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • Skill Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Equip customers with the latest outdoor gear - training will be provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • Additional tasks may include cashier duties, rental services, or supporting other departments.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Capacity to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required.

A Retail Associate is a versatile employee who may work across various departments and fulfill multiple roles, including:

  • Resort Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Support
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This is the expected compensation for this position, with individual salary decisions based on various factors.
