  • Maintain regular communication with senior management, business leaders, and stakeholders to support critical initiatives.

  • Effectively manage and communicate project financials.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Proven experience in driving process enhancements through data and metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience collaborating across functions with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or logistics
  • Comprehensive program management experience focused on process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of comprehensive delivery experience with senior leadership engagement
  • Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean analytical methodologies
