Finance Manager, North America Customer Fulfillment Capital

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Capital Finance team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and optimization of our network.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial analysis and forecasts to support quarterly and long-term operational plans.
- Participate in month-end close and quarter-end close controllership activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to drive business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field.
- 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
- Preferred qualifications include MBA and/or professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA).
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, and other financial systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
