The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in North America Commercial Finance. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and visibility across our global products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our freight product executives to monitor trends, communicate company performance, and empower leaders in managing their business.
  • Support the overall Flexport financial reporting and planning process, including management and coordination of the monthly, quarterly, and annual calendar.
  • Provide analytics to stakeholders to help drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to ensure timely and accurate data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
