Key Responsibilities
  • Generating insurance quotes, managing renewal marketing, and preparing necessary insurance documentation.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships to enhance retention.
  • Addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Viewing each client interaction as a chance for education and account expansion.
  • Assisting clients with policy modifications, billing inquiries, and updating account details.

Qualifications
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience in an insurance office, with independent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills, including familiarity with agency management software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all forms of communication, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
