Marketing Manager

GradRight Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive growth and impact in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Building: Develop and implement a brand strategy to enhance GradRight's presence among target universities and establish us as a trusted university partner in higher education.
  • Marketing to Universities: Collaborate with our sales team to develop a marketing strategy to drive new and meaningful engagements and partnership possibilities with universities and their leadership.
  • Sales Nurturing and Closures Support: Work with our COO and sales team to develop nurturing strategies that streamline the partnership creation journey, inform and educate target personas, and accelerate deals through the pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
  • University-focused Content Building: Develop compelling content for deal creation and nurturing, including emails, marketing materials, landing pages, website content, ROI models, videos, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, success stories, blog posts, and more.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business/Marketing related areas.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role with an emphasis on marketing/digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing creative B2B campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and events.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot CRMs and marketing automation platforms, especially workflows, sequences, and deal pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and data tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across time zones (India, Israel, and the U.S.).
  • Ability to travel in the U.S. (8-10 days per month) and to India as required (7-15 days per year).
