Position Overview:

As a Culinary Team Member, you will work under general supervision to prepare a variety of food items using kitchen tools and equipment, adhering to recipe guidelines to fulfill guest orders while following company policies and procedures. You will maintain a clean and organized food preparation area, deliver food, and assist guests as needed. Upholding a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality is essential to promote the Drury culture among customers and colleagues. You will also possess general knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events to effectively answer inquiries.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English, and communicate clearly.
  • Experience operating kitchen equipment and machines, including POS software and dishwashers.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members, including handling challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Support bartenders without making or serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
  • Ability to navigate efficiently within the kitchen and bar environment.
